How Can severe Cough And Fatigue In A Child Be Treated?

My 5 year old has a horrible cough (takes her breath away and she often gags), mild fever, fatigue, diminished appetite, and severe pain in her right leg (limping). I wonder if these these symptoms are related or if she might just have a touch of the flu (pain in her leg has me mystified). These symptoms are about 24 hours now.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.

A short course of antibiotics will be beneficial in this case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
